SERVICE UPDATES
·       Our parts and service departments are open Monday through Saturday 8am-6pm.Â
·       Appointments can be scheduled online https://www.audialbany.com/schedule-service.htm or by phone at 888-850-6280.
·    We practice social distancing; our staff will have no physical contact with you. We have installed Plexiglas barriers for your additional protection.
·      All vehicles are sanitized at time of drop off and again prior to pick up.
·      Face coverings are required at all times unless you are fully vaccinated. These guidelines are subject to change based on Governor Hochul's and the CDC's guidance.Â
·       Home pick up and drop off, please contact service to schedule this in advance.
·       After hours drop off is available, place your keys in the drop box located at the dealership.
·       We offer over the phone payment via credit card, debit card or through our texting app.

ADDITIONAL DISINFECTING
·     We have partnered with Transform Disinfectant to provide a sanitation method for vehicles prior to delivery as well as for our loaner fleet and customer service vehicles. TRANSFORM DISINFECTANT
The health and safety of our customers and colleagues remain our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have taken additional measures published by the CDC to make our cleaning protocols even more rigorous: This means more frequent cleaning of heavily-trafficked areas including entrances, door handles, customer lounges, workstations, and restrooms.Â
While your vehicle is in for service our valets, advisors, technicians, and detail shops are also taking precautions and additional measures to ensure your health and safety. Technicians are wearing gloves and masks while servicing your vehicle, and wiping down surfaces after the service has been performed.
